You will play a key role in advising on major IT and business process outsourcing projects, working with a diverse client base including central government bodies, NHS organisations, local authorities and private sector clients.

You will play a key role in advising on major IT and business process outsourcing projects, working with a diverse client base including central government bodies, NHS organisations, local authorities and private sector clients.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial and IT contracts
- Supporting and leading on large-scale outsourcing and transformation projects
- Working within multi-disciplinary teams on long-term, high-value programmes
- Supervising junior lawyers and contributing to team development
- Building strong client relationships and providing commercially focused advice
- Qualified solicitor with experience in commercial and/or IT contracts
- Background in private practice or in-house (technology or public sector experience welcomed)
- Strong drafting skills and commercial awareness
- Interest in technology, outsourcing and digital transformation projects
- Confident working collaboratively and engaging directly with clients
- High-quality, complex work with a strong public and private sector client base
- Fully remote working, with a Birmingham team presence
