West Midlands – £40,000 - £80,000

This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a broad range of M&A and private equity transactions, while also gaining exposure to high-value, cross-border and complex corporate work alongside a well-established national team.

The Role

• Advising on M&A, private equity and investment transactions
• Supporting on cross-border deals, corporate structuring and capital markets work
• Working closely with clients across sectors including manufacturing, retail, recruitment and education
• Supervising junior lawyers and playing an active role in team development
• Getting involved in business development and client relationship building

About You

• 4+ PQE with strong corporate/M&A experience
• Confident, commercially minded and client-focused
• Enjoys working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
• Keen to get involved in BD and build a professional network
