Jonathan Nolan, Director at Douglas Scott, has been an integral part of the company since its inception 20 years ago. A law graduate and former Residential Conveyancer, Jonathan now leads the London Private Practice desk, placing top-tier legal talent into new roles. Having also worked on the Manchester, Leeds, and Newcastle desks, he thrives in London's fast-paced legal recruitment market, which he describes as the "cut and thrust" of the industry. Outside of work, Jonathan enjoys skiing, managing a junior football team, and countryside adventures with his Weimaraner. Fluent in French and an occasional golfer, he balances a busy professional life with his active family commitments.
Rhys is a Senior Consultant specialising in headhunting elite Attorneys across Intellectual Property, Data Privacy, Cyber Security, and Technology Transactions. With several years’ experience in specialist legal and tech recruitment, he focuses on building long-term, trusted relationships, acting as a genuine career partner rather than taking a transactional approach. With over a years experience in recruitment and a background in New York Real Estate, he enjoys helping people find roles that positively impact their careers.
