The Role
You will work on a broad range of complex and high-value matters, including:
- Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, including power purchase and fuel supply agreements
- Supporting energy and infrastructure projects, including development, financing and transactions
- Advising on multi-party industry arrangements and regulatory frameworks
- Working closely with corporate and finance teams on transactional matters
About You
- Qualified solicitor with 1–4 years’ PQE
- Strong experience in commercial contracts
- Exposure to the energy sector is advantageous
- Strong drafting, analytical and client-facing skills
- Commercial and pragmatic approach
