You’ll join a vibrant, highly regarded team that acts for household names, mid-sized businesses, and public sector clients. From routine contracts to strategic, high-value projects, the team handles work across:
- Commercial supply and service agreements
- Distribution, agency, and logistics contracts
- Property, facility management, and real estate contracts
- IT contracts and technology licensing arrangements
- Large-scale outsourcing and procurement projects
- Draft, review, and advise on a broad range of general commercial contracts
- Support strategic projects and day-to-day business operations
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Assist in business development and innovation initiatives
- Contribute to both private and public sector projects
- Qualified and commercially minded with practical experience in general commercial contracts
- Confident and robust in negotiation, with sound commercial judgment
- Team-spirited, ambitious, energetic, and flexible
- Keen to develop client relationships and participate in business development
- Interested in innovation, including the use of legal tech
- Technically strong, with excellent drafting skills
