West Midlands – £30,000 - £45,000

This is a hands-on role ideal for a solicitor who enjoys complex transactions, client interaction, and contributing to business growth.

About the Role

You will manage a busy and varied caseload across commercial property, including: acquisitions, disposals, leases, development projects, and refinancing. Working collaboratively with a supportive team, you will contribute to the department’s growth, strengthen client relationships, and play a key role in delivering high-quality legal services.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a broad range of commercial property transactions from start to finish.
• Provide clear, practical, and commercially-focused advice to clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agents, lenders, and other professionals.
• Meet billing targets and maintain accurate time recording.
• Ensure all work adheres to professional and regulatory standards.

About You

• Qualified solicitor with significant experience in commercial property (ideally 4+ years PQE).
• Skilled in managing complex transactions with efficiency and attention to detail.
• Commercially aware with a track record in client development.
• Organised, approachable, and able to work effectively under pressure.
• Strong communicator with excellent client care skills.
