The team is highly regarded in the market, with over 45 employment specialists nationwide, providing advice to a wide range of clients including PLCs, SMEs, senior executives, and professionals. They are known for delivering timely, pragmatic, and cost-effective solutions on all aspects of employment law.

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious employment lawyer with 5+ years PQE to join a team experiencing rapid growth. You will:

• Advise on disciplinary and grievance matters, unfair dismissal, discrimination, TUPE, whistleblowing, redundancy, restructures, and other complex employment issues.
• Provide strategic advice to senior management teams and boards.
• Support senior executives and professionals in all aspects of the employment relationship.
• Contribute to business development activities and play a role in shaping the future strategy of the team.

About You

• You will be an experienced employment lawyer with 5+ years PQE.
• Strong technical knowledge of employment law and experience advising both corporates and individuals.
• Comfortable advising at board level and with senior management teams.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and client relationship skills.
• Ambitious, proactive, and keen to contribute to business development and the growth of the team.
