Business Immigration Associate

West Midlands – £50,000 - £60,000

The Role:

• Advise corporate clients on all aspects of business immigration, including Tier 2/Skilled Worker visas, Intra-Company Transfers, sponsorship licences, and global mobility matters
• Support multinational clients with cross-border mobility and compliance issues
• Draft and review immigration documentation, applications, and contracts
• Provide strategic immigration advice to HR and legal teams
• Contribute to business development and client relationship management

About You:

• 2–6 PQE in corporate/business immigration
• Strong knowledge of UK immigration law and practice
• Experience advising multinational corporations
• Commercially minded with excellent client management skills
• Ability to manage a varied caseload independently while working collaboratively
