Commercial Property Lawyer – London

The Firm
Our client is a leading international law firm with an outstanding reputation in real estate, built on the quality and breadth of its client base and the value and complexity of its work.

The firm has made a significant long-term investment in its real estate practice, both in the UK and internationally. Its expertise spans a broad range of asset classes and sectors, including investment, logistics, student accommodation, regeneration, residential and commercial development, energy and utilities.
With a collaborative approach, deep industry knowledge and excellent communication, the team delivers a comprehensive service to clients across its UK offices.

The Clients
The team advises an impressive portfolio of major UK and international businesses, including listed companies, institutional investors, developers, asset managers and leading organisations across a range of sectors. The firm frequently acts on national, multi-service-line client panels and handles complex, high-value real estate matters.

The Team
The UK real estate practice comprises more than 80 lawyers, including 23 partners. Working collaboratively across its London, Bristol and Reading offices, the team combines national reach with strong local expertise and established client relationships.
The Bristol team includes a substantial number of partners and experienced lawyers and is responsible for managing some of the firm's largest client relationships.

The Opportunity
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Property Lawyer to join the Bristol team.
This role would suit a capable and commercially minded lawyer who can manage and progress their own matters with appropriate partner support. You will benefit from significant client contact, early responsibility and exposure to a broad range of sophisticated commercial real estate work.
The position offers the opportunity to work alongside highly regarded practitioners on complex matters for an impressive client base, within a supportive and collaborative environment.

Career Development
The firm is committed to investing in its lawyers through a multi-award-winning career development programme. This includes:
  • Clear expectations and a transparent framework for career progression.
  • Early responsibility, high-quality work and meaningful client exposure.
  • Thorough assessments and individual feedback from experienced colleagues.
  • Comprehensive technical training and tailored skills development.
  • Recognition and reward based on contribution, progression and potential, rather than solely on qualification level or length of service.
Salary and Benefits
A competitive salary and generous benefits package are on offer, alongside excellent opportunities for professional development and long-term career progression.
