Residential Property Solicitor 2-3PQE
London – £60,000 - £65,000
Residential Property Solicitor | 2–3 PQE | North London
I'm working with a highly regarded, full-service law firm with a strong presence across North London, who are looking to appoint a
Residential Property Solicitor with 2–3 years’ PQE to join their growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor looking to join a friendly, supportive and well-established property team, with genuine scope to develop their career, build relationships and play an active role in the continued growth of the department.
You’ll handle a varied residential property caseload, working closely with experienced partners and solicitors while having the opportunity to develop your own client and referrer relationships.
Your work will include:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- New leases and refinancing matters
- Advising investors, developers, landlords and tenants
- Managing your own caseload from instruction through to completion
- Building and developing relationships with clients, agents and referrers
- Contributing to the growth and development of the Crouch End property team
- Attending networking and business development events
- Contributing to legal updates, newsletters and other marketing initiatives
- Working collaboratively with colleagues and supporting the development of junior team members, including paralegals and trainees
- Providing a consistently high level of client care and service
A
loyal client or referrer following would be advantageous, although this is by no means essential.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 2–3 years’ PQE gained within a residential property team
- Strong experience across a broad range of residential property transactions
- Excellent client care and communication skills
- The ability to independently manage a busy caseload
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Experience supporting or supervising junior colleagues
- A proactive and commercially minded approach
- The confidence to develop relationships with clients, agents and professional referrers
- A collaborative approach and the ability to thrive within a close-knit team
The firm offers a genuinely supportive and inclusive working environment, with a strong emphasis on employee development, wellbeing and creating a positive culture.
There is also a strong focus on community involvement, networking and business development, making this a great opportunity for someone who wants to be more than just a fee earner and play an active role in the wider growth of the firm.
If you're a
2–3 PQE Residential Property Solicitor looking for a role with a friendly team, genuine progression opportunities and the chance to develop your own profile within a growing North London practice,
I'd be keen to hear from you!
