I'm currently working with a leading Legal 500 firm in the Home Counties that is looking to expand its successful Residential Property team. With multiple office locations available, this is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or CILEx Practitioner to join a collaborative and supportive department that continues to go from strength to strength.

You'll be joining one of the firm's largest and most established teams, handling a varied caseload of high-quality residential conveyancing matters while working alongside experienced Partners and senior lawyers.

This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys managing their own files, values exceptional client service and is keen to develop long-term relationships with clients and local referrers.

The Role You'll be responsible for:

• Managing your own busy caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion.
• Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
• Delivering an excellent client experience throughout the transaction.
• Building and maintaining relationships with estate agents, introducers and professional contacts.
• Contributing to networking and business development initiatives to support the continued growth of the team.

About You To be considered, you'll ideally have:

• A minimum of 4 years' PQE as a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or CILEx Practitioner with Conveyancing Practice Rights.
• Strong experience handling freehold and leasehold residential transactions independently.
• The ability to manage a high-volume caseload efficiently while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and client care skills.
• A proven commercial mindset with a strong billing record.
• A proactive approach to business development and relationship building.
• A genuine desire to progress your career within a well-established and growing firm.
