Are you an experienced Private Client Senior Associate or Legal Director looking for a genuine route to Partnership?

A highly regarded Top 100 UK law firm is looking to appoint an ambitious Private Client lawyer to play a key role in leading and growing its established team. This is an outstanding opportunity for someone who feels ready for the next step but hasn't yet been given the platform to progress.

Whether you're currently at a large regional or national practice where the Partnership pathway feels out of reach, or at a smaller firm where you're seeking greater support and resources, this role offers the chance to shape your own future within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.

Joining a well-established Estates, Tax & Trusts team, you'll become a senior figure within the department, working closely with existing Partners while helping to drive the continued growth of the practice.

The role combines high-quality technical work with leadership responsibilities, making it ideal for someone who enjoys mentoring colleagues, developing client relationships and contributing to business development.
The successful candidate will advise a broad range of high-net-worth individuals and families across matters including:

• Estate and succession planning
• Wills and estate administration
• Trust creation and administration
• Inheritance Tax and Capital Gains Tax planning
• Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Wealth preservation and lifetime planning

While experience across the full spectrum of private client work is advantageous, the firm is happy to consider candidates with particular strengths in one or more specialist areas.
About You You will ideally have:

• Significant experience within Private Client law, gained at a respected regional or national firm
• Strong technical expertise advising high-net-worth clients
• A commercial approach with an interest in business development
• Excellent relationship management and communication skills
• Experience supervising or mentoring junior lawyers
• The ambition to progress towards Partnership
