I'm currently working with a highly regarded UK law firm that is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Associate to join its growing International Family team in London.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious family lawyer with significant experience in high-value international divorce and financial remedy matters who is looking to play a key role in the continued growth of a well-established practice.

Alongside managing a varied and high-quality caseload, you'll work closely with senior leadership, contribute to business development initiatives and help mentor and develop junior members of the team.

You'll be responsible for:

• Managing your own caseload of complex international divorce and financial remedy matters from start to finish.
• Delivering exceptional client service while ensuring matters are managed efficiently and profitably.
• Working closely with senior leadership to support the ongoing growth and strategic development of the team.
• Supervising, mentoring and developing junior lawyers.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, referrers and professional contacts.
• Supporting business development activities, networking opportunities and pitches to generate new work.
• Contributing to departmental strategy and helping identify opportunities for future growth.
• Working collaboratively across the wider firm to encourage cross-referrals and strengthen internal relationships.

The successful candidate will have:

• Qualified Solicitor with 6+ years' PQE in Family Law.
• Extensive experience advising on international divorce and complex financial remedy matters.
• A strong track record of delivering outstanding client service.
• Proven business development experience and the ability to build lasting client relationships.
• Excellent commercial awareness and strong technical ability.
• Experience supervising or mentoring junior team members would be advantageous.
• A proactive, collaborative approach with a genuine interest in helping grow a successful practice.
