Our client is looking to appoint an experienced Costs Advocate to join its growing costs team.

This opportunity is ideally suited to an established advocate with strong technical expertise in detailed assessments and costs advocacy. The successful candidate will play a key role in representing clients, advising on complex costs matters and supporting the continued growth of the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Representing clients at detailed assessment hearings
• Preparing and presenting advocacy submissions
• Advising clients on costs recovery and technical costs matters
• Providing support and guidance on complex costs issues
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Delivering training and technical support where required

Candidate Requirements

• Significant experience within costs advocacy
• Strong understanding of detailed assessment proceedings
• Excellent communication and advocacy skills
• Strong technical knowledge of legal costs
• Ability to manage a varied workload effectively
