Our client, a growing specialist costs practice, is seeking an experienced Costs Draftsman to join its expanding team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting Bills of Costs and supporting a wide range of costs matters. Experience preparing Costs Budgets would be advantageous, although candidates with strong bill drafting experience who are looking to further develop their skills will also be considered.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drafting Bills of Costs across a variety of claim types
  • Preparing Costs Budgets and associated documentation
  • Supporting detailed assessment matters
  • Advising on costs recovery and technical costs issues
  • Managing files efficiently and maintaining high standards of accuracy
Candidate Requirements
  • Previous experience drafting Bills of Costs
  • Experience with Costs Budgets is desirable but not essential
  • Strong technical understanding of legal costs
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
