West Midlands – £55,000 - £65,000
Our client is seeking to recruit an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor with a minimum of 6 years’ PQE to join their established and growing team.This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and commercially minded solicitor to provide bespoke legal services to a broad client base including landlords, property developers, business owners, property investors, and landowners.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of building strong client relationships and driving a successful team, alongside the ambition and interpersonal skills to develop relationships with both existing and prospective stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities & Experience

- Buying and selling commercial property
- Commercial leases and licences
- Property finance
- Options, pre-emption agreements and overage agreements
