I am delighted to be partnered with a Tier 1 Legal 500 Defendant firm as they expand with a talented Professional Indemnity Associate to join their dynamic team in Manchester. 

The Opportunity

• Leverage your expertise to advise and represent policyholders in contentious matters, showcasing your passion for delivering excellent client service.

Day To Day:

• Advise and represent policyholders in contentious matters, particularly in the legal, financial services, property, technology, media, or business consultancy sectors.
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of professional liability law, insurance law, and the Civil Procedure Rules, including cost management, funding, and the effective use of interim measures.
• Apply commercial and cost-effective claims solutions, engaging in alternative dispute resolution methods and negotiations.
• Develop relationships and sensitivity to the dynamics between policyholders and insurers, building connections with brokers and Counsel.
• Contribute to the team's marketing and business development efforts, showcasing your commercial awareness and interpersonal skills.
