Senior Conveyancing Solicitor A strong opportunity is available for an experienced Senior Conveyancing Solicitor to join a growing and well-regarded law firm. This position sits within a busy residential property team and offers genuine influence over both team development and departmental direction.
The role combines fee-earning responsibilities with leadership duties, making it well suited to an individual looking to take the next step into a more senior, operational position.
The Role: The successful candidate will manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and auction transactions. Alongside this, they will oversee a small team, providing supervision and day-to-day support, while also contributing to the wider running of the business.
There is an expectation to assist with maintaining and developing relationships with introducers, as well as supporting the continued growth and performance of the department. The role also includes stepping into a senior leadership capacity when required.
About You: - Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years' PQE in residential conveyancing
- Proven ability to manage a full caseload independently - if you have experience doing auction work this is a big benefit
- Previous experience supervising or mentoring others is beneficial
- Commercially aware with an interest in business development
- Confident, proactive, and capable of operating at a senior level
- Experience handling auction transactions is advantageous but not essential
