Role: Corporate Associate (2-5 PQE)
Location: Manchester.
Hybrid Working- 2 Days in central Manchester Office.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Corporate Lawyer to join a strong, well‑regarded corporate team advising a diverse client base on a broad range of corporate finance matters.

The role offers real responsibility, exposure to varied and high‑quality transactions, and the chance to work closely with experienced partners on deals from start to finish.

The Role

You’ll be involved in a wide mix of corporate work, including:

• Advising on mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures and private equity transactions.
• Managing matters from inception through to completion.
• Working directly with clients to deliver clear, commercial advice.
• Running multiple matters efficiently in line with client expectations and deal timelines.
• Supporting business development through events, articles, seminars and client engagement.
• Continuing to develop your technical and commercial skills with structured support and training.

About you

• Qualified solicitor with solid experience in general corporate and transactional work.
• Strong drafting skills and a pragmatic, solutions‑focused approach.
• Commercially minded with the confidence to handle responsibility.
• Up to date with key legal developments and keen to work on complex, interesting deals.
• A strong communicator and team player who builds relationships easily.
