The Role
- Handle a mix of insurance cases - predominately Personal Injury files.
- Focus on personal injury and liability claims (product, aviation, property damage)
- Work on high-profile, cross-border matters
- Gain exposure to coverage advice (training provided if needed)
- Engage directly with global clients on both legal and commercial issues
About You
- 2+ PQE in insurance litigation (personal injury focus preferred)
- Experience defending liability / bodily injury claims
- Exposure to product liability, aviation, or property damage is a bonus although not essential as training will be provided.
- Strong litigation skills and commercial awareness
- England & Wales qualified solicitor
