Property Solicitor (2–4 PQE)
West-End, London

A well-established and highly regarded law firm based in London’s West End is seeking a talented Property Solicitor (2–4 years’ PQE) to join its respected property team.

This firm has a long-standing reputation for delivering high-quality legal services and prides itself on a client-focused approach, strong professional values, and a collaborative working culture.

The Role This is an excellent opportunity to join a successful and supportive team, offering a broad mix of work across both commercial and residential property matters (approximately 70% commercial / 30% residential).

You will work closely with experienced partners while also managing your own caseload, advising a diverse client base on a wide range of transactions.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Managing a varied commercial property caseload, including acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant matters, leases, licences, and asset management work
• Handling residential conveyancing matters, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, leases, transfers, and related documentation
• Conducting title investigations, due diligence, and reporting to clients
• Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and other solicitors to ensure smooth progression of matters
• Supporting business development initiatives and maintaining strong client relationships

Candidate Profile Applications are invited from solicitors who meet the following criteria:

• Qualified in England & Wales with 2–4 years’ PQE
• Strong experience in commercial property, with some exposure to residential conveyancing
• Sound technical knowledge with a pragmatic, commercial approach
• Excellent communication and client management skills
• Ability to manage a busy and varied caseload independently and as part of a team
• Proactive, driven, and keen to build a long-term career within a property team
