A well-established and highly regarded law firm is looking to appoint a Property Solicitor to join its growing team in Sevenoaks.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a junior solicitor (NQ–3 years’ PQE) to gain broad exposure across a mix of residential, commercial, and development matters. The firm offers a supportive, collaborative environment with strong mentoring and early responsibility.
The successful candidate can expect to be involved in:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Transfers of equity and re-mortgages
- New build transactions and plot sales
- Drafting and negotiating commercial leases and renewals
- Acting on acquisitions and disposals of commercial property
- Landlord and tenant matters
- Assisting with development and investment transactions
