I am currently working with a highly regarded boutique law firm in Central London that is looking to recruit a Newly Qualified Solicitor into its Property Litigation team.

This firm has built an outstanding reputation for advising high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and private investors on complex and high-value real estate disputes. The team is known for its hands-on partner approach and high-quality work, often involving prime London property.

The Opportunity
This is a fantastic opportunity for an NQ (or soon-to-qualify solicitor) to join a close-knit, specialist team where you will gain excellent exposure from day one. You will work directly with experienced partners and senior associates on a broad range of property litigation matters.

The Work Includes:

• Landlord & tenant disputes (residential and commercial)
• Possession claims
• Dilapidations
• Lease renewals and forfeiture
• Boundary, easement, and rights of way disputes

You can expect a mix of supporting on complex, high-value cases as well as running your own matters with appropriate supervision.

About You:

• Newly Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales (or qualifying shortly)
• Must have completed at least one seat in Property Litigation
• Strong academics and solid technical grounding
• Confident communicator with a commercial mindset
• Keen to work closely with HNW clients
