Employment Associate / Senior Associate
London – £60,000 - £80,000

You will be part of a supportive and high-performing team advising an impressive client base ranging from SMEs through to PLCs across sectors including retail, financial services, manufacturing, healthcare and sport.
The Role This is a broad and varied role offering exposure to both contentious and non-contentious employment work, including:
- Employment Tribunal litigation
- Day-to-day HR advisory support
- Restructuring, redundancy and TUPE projects
- Corporate transactional support
- Executive exits and settlement agreements
- Supervising junior team members
- Involvement in business development and client relationship management
You’ll have the opportunity to work closely with clients, often acting as an extension of their internal HR teams, delivering pragmatic and commercially focused advice.
The Candidate We are keen to speak with Employment Solicitors with 4–8 years’ PQE, gained at a recognised national or leading regional firm.
You will:
- Have strong technical employment law experience across contentious and advisory matters
- Ideally have exposure to corporate support work
- Be confident managing your own caseload
- Demonstrate strong client relationship and business development skills
- Be commercially minded with a proactive, “can do” attitude
