London – £85,000 - £90,000

What You'll Be Doing
You'll work closely with partners and senior lawyers across a broad range of commercial property disputes, including:
- Landlord & tenant disputes (lease renewals, forfeiture, dilapidations)
- Development-related disputes and strategic advisory work
- Easements, restrictive covenants and rights of light matters
- Possession claims and asset management litigation
- Advising on contentious elements of real estate transactions
- Supporting clients with risk management across property portfolios
You'll be given early responsibility, including direct client contact and involvement in business development initiatives.
What They're Looking For - 3-6 PQE with a strong grounding in commercial real estate disputes
- Experience from a recognised regional, national or City firm
- Solid technical ability with confidence handling matters with appropriate supervision
- Commercial awareness and an interest in building client relationships
- A proactive, collaborative approach
