A leading international firm is continuing to invest in its London real estate disputes offering and is looking to hire a junior associate into a highly regarded, top-tier team. You’ll work alongside recognised specialists on complex, high-value matters for major institutional clients.
What you’ll be doing You’ll advise on a broad mix of commercial property disputes, with exposure well beyond typical junior-level work.
Expect to get involved in:
- Dilapidations and breach of covenant claims
- Service charge and rent review disputes
- Development and contractual disputes
- Rights of light and telecoms matters
- Possession claims and landlord & tenant litigation
- Insolvency-related property issues
- Property aspects of corporate restructurings
The team works closely with a leading real estate practice, meaning you’ll see the full lifecycle of real estate assets, from acquisition through to dispute.

You’ll be working with clients including:
- Institutional investors and property funds

What you’ll need - England & Wales qualified solicitor
- NQ–3 PQE with experience in real estate/property litigation
- Training or experience from a reputable UK or international firm
- Strong drafting, analytical and communication skills
- A genuine interest in commercial property disputes
