What you’ll be doing You’ll advise major technology platforms, digital businesses and consumer-facing brands on complex, fast-evolving regulatory issues.
Expect exposure to:
- Consumer law, digital regulation, advertising standards and online safety
- Advising global tech platforms, gaming companies and ecommerce businesses
- Strategic, risk-based regulatory advisory work (not just black-letter law)
- Product launches, platform design and compliance frameworks
- Multi-jurisdictional coordination across the UK, EU and wider global markets
- Drafting consumer-facing terms, policies and platform rules
- Regulatory investigations, enforcement and engagement with authorities
- Supporting juniors and contributing to BD and thought leadership
What you’ll need - 4–8 PQE with a focus on regulatory, tech, media or consumer law
- Experience advising digital or consumer-facing businesses
- Background from a City, international or strong regional firm (or relevant in-house role)
- Strong commercial judgement and ability to deliver practical advice
- Confidence managing matters and working within cross-border teams
