Birmingham – £70,000 - £90,000

About the Role

You will work within a market-leading team advising on a broad range of real estate matters, including office, commercial, hotel, student, logistics, build-to-rent (BTR), health and social care, and retail sectors. The team is involved throughout the full life cycle of assets, from acquisition, finance and development, to delivery, letting, management, and operation of completed assets.

You will provide commercially focused advice with efficient transaction and financial management, working closely with investors, developers, and operators. You will also have opportunities to support and mentor junior lawyers, develop business relationships, and contribute to the ongoing growth of the Birmingham team.

About You

• Qualified solicitor with NQ – 5PQE in Real Estate law, with a strong track record in Commercial, Development, and Investment Real Estate.
• Confident, proactive, and commercially minded, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
• Excellent team player with strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to take initiative and deliver high-quality work.
• Interest in business development and contributing to the growth of the practice.
