This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced real estate lawyer with a strong background in Commercial, Development, and Investment Real Estate.About the Role
You will be part of a growing and dynamic team working with investors, funds, developers, and operators across a variety of sectors including office, commercial, hotel, student, logistics, build-to-rent (BTR), health and social care, and retail. You will be involved in all stages of asset life cycles, from acquisition, finance and development, through to delivery, letting, management, and operation.
Your work will include:
- Acting on a broad range of complex commercial real estate transactions.
- Providing commercially focused advice with efficient transaction and financial management.
- Collaborating with clients to provide practical, pragmatic solutions while managing risk effectively.
- Supporting and mentoring junior lawyers as part of a well-leveraged team.
- You will be a qualified solicitor with 6+ years PQE, with a strong background in Commercial, Development, and Investment Real Estate.
- You will have experience managing complex, high-value transactions and a proven ability to deliver practical and commercially sound advice.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills are essential.
- You are able to work collaboratively in a team-focused environment, while also taking ownership of your own caseload.
