A Top 50 UK law firm is looking to expand its highly regarded Casualty team with the appointment of a Solicitor (NQ-3 years PQE) in Birmingham.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a progressive and supportive team handling a varied caseload of litigated Employers' Liability and Public Liability claims. The Role
You will manage your own caseload of predominantly litigated matters including:
- Employers' Liability claims
- Public Liability claims
- Liability investigations and case strategy
- Managing claims through the litigation process
- Working closely with clients and internal teams to deliver effective outcomes
- Salary: £41,000 - £45,000 depending on experience
- Hybrid working: 2 days in the office, 3 days working from home
- Modern Birmingham office opened just 18 months ago
