About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a talented Senior Family Associate to join a dynamic team specialising in complex family law matters. You will handle a varied caseload of medium to high net worth cases, including divorce and financial remedy work, cohabitation disputes, and private children matters.
You'll have autonomy, genuine opportunities for progression, and the option to work fully remotely if that suits your lifestyle — though regular time in the Leeds office is also available for those who prefer a hybrid or in-person setup.
About You
- Qualified Solicitor with at least 4 years PQE in Family Law.
- Proven experience managing your own caseload of medium to high net worth client matters.
- Strong financial remedy and private law experience.
- A confident communicator with excellent client care skills.
- Able to work independently while collaborating effectively within a modern, streamlined team.

- Competitive salary up to £90,000, depending on experience.
