Employment Law Associate Central London | Permanent | Hybrid Working
A highly regarded, full-service London law firm is seeking a talented and commercially minded, Associate level Employment Solicitor or Lawyer, to join its busy and growing Employment team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a driven associate to work closely with experienced Partners on a broad mix of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, acting primarily for employer clients, while also gaining exposure to senior executives and high-value transactions.
The day to day will vary and include advisory and litigated elements,
a typical morning for you may look like thisAdvised employer clients on a full spectrum of employment law matters, including disciplinary and grievance procedures, capability and absence management, and termination issues.
Supported Partner or managed complex Employment Tribunal litigation and strategic dispute management.
After lunch y
our afternoon could look like thisDrafted and amended employment contracts and handbooks.
Provided Employment Law and TUPE support on a corporate transaction.
Put the finishes touches to client workshop scheduled for Friday AM.
Applications are invited from ambitious and energetic 360 Employment Law Solicitors who are looking to progress their careers in a highly regarded London law firm that is well known for its collaborative environment. The successful candidate will be an Associate level Solicitor or CILEX, who has acquired upwards of 2 years PQE in a good London, national or regional law firm. Strong academics will be the foundation for good communication and people skills.
