Grade A Serious Injury Lawyer

London – £60,000 - £90,000

Grade A Serious Injury Solicitor - Ready for Something Better?

If you're a Grade A Serious Injury Solicitor handling high value RTA work but feeling weighed down by excessive caseloads, business development or unrealistic billing pressure — this could be the move that changes your day to day.

I am working with a highly regarded claimant firm that is building something special in Central London. This isn't a replacement hire, it's growth. And you'd be joining at a genuinely exciting stage (early enough to have influence, but established enough to have real infrastructure and high quality work in place)

Why this role stands out

Real quality over quantity You will be managing multi-million-pound RTA files — but with a deliberately small caseload. That means time to strategise properly, build strong client relationships, and focus on achieving the best outcomes rather than just hitting volume targets.

No business development pressure You will be hired for your technical ability — not to bring a following or constantly chase new work. The firm has a strong pipeline and reputation already in place.

Progression with purpose You'll supervise two junior team members, giving you genuine leadership exposure without the politics of a large, rigid structure. This is an opportunity to step up while still doing high level litigation.

Flexibility that actually works Remote/hybrid working is fully supported.

Financially rewarding Competitive base salary plus annual bonus - structured to reward performance, not punish you with unrealistic targets.

What you will need
  • Grade A Serious Injury experience  (SRA Qualified)
  • Proven track record handling high value complex files
  • Strong litigation and client management skills
  • The confidence to take ownership of complex matters

This is ideal for someone who:
  • Wants better quality work without burnout
  • A client focused individual
  • Values autonomy, flexibility, and proper support
  • Wants to be part of exciting growth plans at it's infancy in London
If you're curious — even just to benchmark your current role — I'd welcome a confidential conversation.
