West Midlands – £60,000 - £70,000

The Role You will work with a broad range of clients including owner-managed businesses, SMEs and larger corporate entities across a wide variety of sectors. The role will involve advising on:

• Private company asset and share acquisitions and disposals
• Mergers and corporate restructuring
• Implementation of Employee Ownership Trusts (EOTs)
• Tax-driven reorganisations
• General corporate advisory matters

You will be working alongside highly experienced practitioners within a collaborative and well-resourced team, offering excellent exposure to high-quality work and clear opportunities for career progression.
