You’ll manage a varied commercial property caseload, including:
- Acquisitions and disposals
- Drafting and renewing business leases (landlord & tenant)
- Deeds of Grant, Variation and Assignment
- Overage agreements
- Drafting and negotiating key property documentation
- Building strong client relationships and supporting business development
- Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales)
- Strong technical ability with commercial awareness
- Excellent communication and client care skills
