The team acts for developers, contractors, investors, and public sector clients across high-profile and complex projects, including logistics, housing, infrastructure, energy, regeneration, healthcare, and life sciences.The Role
You will join the non-contentious Construction & Engineering team, contributing to major, high-value projects and advising on a wide range of construction, development, and infrastructure matters. Examples of recent work include:
- £500,000 sq ft office campus for an international bank
- Highways England A303 Stonehenge scheme
- Global pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities
- Brent Cross Cricklewood regeneration scheme
- Qualified solicitor (NQ–3 PQE) with experience in construction, development, infrastructure, or related sectors
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent commercial judgment and pragmatic advice-giving
- Confident client-facing skills and a team-player attitude
- Highly organised, calm under pressure, and detail-oriented
