Employment Associate 4+ PQE
West Midlands – Salary negotiable based on experience

The Role The successful candidate will handle a wide-ranging employment caseload, including:
- Advising employers on contentious and non-contentious employment matters
- Employment Tribunal litigation, including complex and high-value claims
- TUPE, restructurings and redundancies
- Disciplinary and grievance issues
- Drafting and advising on contracts, policies and settlement agreements
- Supporting clients with day-to-day employment advice
- Supervising and mentoring junior team members
- Supporting partners with business development and client relationship management
You will have a high level of client contact and the opportunity to take on responsibility for matters with appropriate autonomy.
The Candidate - Significant PQE in employment law (typically 5+ years’ PQE, but flexibility for the right candidate)
- Strong experience across both contentious and advisory employment work
- Proven ability to manage matters independently and supervise junior lawyers
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills
- A commercial, pragmatic approach to employment law
- A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for contributing to team growth
