This is an excellent opportunity to join a market-leading real estate practice, working alongside experienced Partners and senior lawyers on high-quality transactions for a diverse client base, including developers, investors,
occupiers, lenders and public sector organisations.

The Role

You'll gain exposure to a broad range of commercial property matters, including:

• Commercial property acquisitions and disposals.
• Landlord and tenant matters.
• Property development and investment work.
• Asset management and portfolio transactions.
• General commercial real estate matters across a variety of sectors.

You'll work closely with senior colleagues, take on meaningful responsibility from an early stage and play an active role in the continued growth of the team.

About You

Our client is keen to hear from Real Estate Solicitors with:

• 1–3 years' PQE gained within a strong commercial property practice.
• Experience handling a range of commercial real estate transactions.
• Strong drafting, negotiation and client relationship skills.
• A commercial mindset and a proactive approach.
• The ambition to develop their expertise within a collaborative, high-performing team.
