Residential Conveyancing Solicitor / Conveyancing Executive

Blackburn Salary up to £45,000 DOE
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor or Conveyancing Executive to join a well-established and growing law firm in Blackburn.
This position offers the opportunity to manage a varied caseload within a supportive team environment, with excellent long-term progression prospects and flexibility.
The Role You will be responsible for:

• Managing a residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion.
• Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
• Dealing with remortgages, transfers of equity and new build transactions.
• Advising clients throughout the conveyancing process.
• Liaising with estate agents, mortgage lenders and third-party solicitors.
• Drafting and reviewing contracts and legal documentation.
• Maintaining high levels of client care and service delivery.

The Candidate The successful applicant will:

• Be a qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive or experienced Conveyancing Executive.
• Have experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and client care skills.
• Be organised and able to manage competing priorities effectively.
• Have a proactive and commercial approach to case management.
• Enjoy working within a collaborative team environment.
