Residential ConveyancerDouglas Scott Legal Recruitment is currently working with Curtis Law Solicitors who are looking to recruit an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their established team in Blackburn.
This opportunity is open to Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers, CILEX professionals and experienced non-qualified conveyancers who can confidently manage a caseload from instruction through to completion.
The Role
You will be responsible for managing a varied residential conveyancing caseload including:
• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Remortgages
• Transfers of equity
• New build transactions
• Shared ownership matters
• Help to Buy transactions
The Ideal Candidate
• At least 3 years' residential conveyancing experience
• Ability to manage a caseload independently
• Strong client care and communication skills
• Experience handling transactions from instruction through to completion
• Commercially aware with excellent organisational skills
