The Opportunity
 
An established and well-regarded law firm in Chester is looking to recruit a Newly Qualified Private Client Solicitor to join its growing Private Client team.
 
This is an excellent opportunity for an NQ Solicitor looking to develop their career within a supportive team, gain exposure to a varied caseload and build strong client relationships.
 
You'll work alongside experienced practitioners, with the opportunity to develop your technical knowledge and take on increasing responsibility as your experience grows.
 
The Role

• Managing a varied private client caseload, including wills, probate, estate administration and lasting powers of attorney.
• Advising clients on inheritance tax, estate planning and related matters.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships, providing clear and practical advice.
• Working closely with colleagues to ensure matters progress efficiently and clients receive a high standard of service.
• Developing your technical expertise while taking ownership of your own files.

About You

• Newly Qualified Solicitor, or due to qualify, with experience in private client work.
• Good working knowledge of wills, probate and estate administration.
• Strong communication and client care skills.
• Organised, proactive and able to manage deadlines effectively.
• Keen to learn, develop and build a long-term career in private client.
