A growing South Manchester law firm is looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancer, Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer to join its established conveyancing team.
 
The role would suit someone with 2-4+ years' PQE, or a residential conveyancing fee earner who is confident managing their own
 
caseload and enjoys providing a personal service rather than working in a high-volume factory environment.
The successful candidate will handle a varied caseload covering freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, new build, staircasing and lease extensions, including more complex transactions and HNW clients.
 
The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience managing around 60 active residential conveyancing files
• Strong client care and communication skills
• The ability to work independently while working closely with the Head of Conveyancing
• Experience handling complex residential transactions
• The ability to supervise and delegate to a Conveyancing Assistant
• Good commercial awareness and an interest in business development
• Experience with case management systems; Leap would be advantageous
• A current practising certificate, CLC qualification or substantial fee-earning experience
