An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join a well-established and highly regarded Legal 500 law firm based in Central Birmingham.
 
The Role
 
You will manage a varied and high-quality private client caseload, providing expert, tailored advice across a broad range of matters, including:

• Drafting and reviewing Wills and associated legal documents
• Managing Probate and Estate Administration matters from initial instruction through to completion
• Advising clients on Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
• Advising on Trusts and Administration
• Providing clear, practical and empathetic advice tailored to each client's individual circumstances
• Building and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships

About You
 
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

• Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive status
• A minimum of 5 years' PQE within Private Client law
• Strong technical knowledge and experience across Trusts, Probate and Estate Administration
• The ability to independently manage a varied and complex caseload
• Excellent client care, communication and relationship-building skills
• A genuine ambition to progress towards a senior leadership or Directorship position
