The successful candidate will be responsible for an existing caseload of residential property matters including sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold residential properties.
My client is a long-established law firm with an established client base and prides itself on providing excellent client service with a personal touch so relevant knowledge and technical skills combined with good communication skills and an empathetic manner are a requirement for this role.

Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive
- At least one-year PQE in conveyancing
- Great communication skills
- Ability to work in a small team
