You will have the autonomy to manage a full residential property caseload from initial instruction through to post-completion, with minimal supervision, while playing an important role in the continued development of the team.
 
This is also an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys supporting and developing others, with scope to guide more junior lawyers and support staff and take on increasing responsibility as your career progresses.
 
You will be a Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with 4+ years' PQE, with a strong working knowledge of Residential Property.
 
You should have:

• Proven experience managing a full residential property caseload from instruction to post-completion;
• Strong technical knowledge and excellent attention to detail;
• Experience of working to targets and recording time;
• Excellent client-care and communication skills;
• The confidence to network and contribute to business development;
• The ability to work independently while being a strong team player; and
• Ideally, experience of supervising, mentoring or supporting more junior lawyers and support staff.
