- Specialise in costs drafting and costs law within a established legal practice

- Work alongside experienced solicitors and advocates in a collaborative environment
- Proven expertise as a costs draftsman with a strong track record of preparing costs schedules and detailed assessments
- Qualified as a costs lawyer or demonstrable equivalent experience in costs law and procedure
- Thorough knowledge of civil procedure rules and costs assessment principles
- Ability to advise clients on costs implications and prepare robust costs documentation
- Strong attention to detail and excellent written communication skills
- Legal qualification (solicitor, barrister, or costs lawyer accreditation)
- Membership of the Association of Costs Lawyers or equivalent professional body
- Relevant continuing professional development in costs law and procedure
