Residential Conveyancing Solicitor / Fee EarnerA well-established law firm is looking to recruit an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its thriving Property team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys handling quality work, managing their own caseload and delivering outstanding client service within a supportive and collaborative environment.
The Role
- Managing a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion.
- Handling freehold, leasehold, new build, shared ownership and limited company transactions.
- Building strong relationships with clients, estate agents and other professionals.
- Working closely with support staff to ensure transactions progress efficiently.
- Delivering exceptional client care while meeting performance targets.
- Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive or experienced Fee Earner.
- Confident managing your own caseload independently.
- Strong technical knowledge and excellent communication skills.
- Organised, proactive and passionate about residential property.
