An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join a well-established law firm based in Whitefield.
The firm is seeking a Residential Property Solicitor with a minimum of 4 years' PQE who can confidently manage a varied caseload of residential property matters and become an integral member of the team.
The Role You will be responsible for managing a broad residential conveyancing caseload, including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Remortgages
- Transfers of Equity
- New Build transactions
- Shared Ownership matters
- Buy-to-Let transactions
- Right to Buy matters
- General residential property work from instruction through to completion
- Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 4 years' PQE
- Strong Residential Property experience
- Ability to manage a caseload independently
- Excellent client care and communication skills
- Commercially aware with a proactive approach to business development
- Must be local to Whitefield or the surrounding area
