A well-established and growing law firm is seeking to recruit an experienced Private Client Solicitor / Fee Earner to join its busy Private Client team. Opportunities are available in both the Northwich and Whitefield offices.

This role would suit a Private Client professional with a minimum of 2 years' experience managing their own caseload and providing high-quality advice to clients.

The Role

You will manage a varied Private Client caseload, including:

• Wills
• Probate and Estate Administration
• Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Trusts
• Court of Protection matters
• Estate and Inheritance Tax Planning

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years' Private Client experience
• Ability to manage a caseload independently
• Strong client care and communication skills
• Solicitors, Legal Executives and experienced Fee Earners are all encouraged to apply
• STEP qualification advantageous but not essential
