A highly regarded law firm is seeking an experienced Family Partner to join its growing Financial Remedies and International Family Law team in London.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Family Partner to handle complex, high-value matters while playing a key role in the continued growth of an established practice.

The Role

• Lead on complex financial remedy and international family law matters.
• Manage and develop key client and referrer relationships.
• Supervise and mentor junior lawyers.
• Drive business development initiatives and contribute to the team's growth strategy.
• Support thought leadership, networking, and profile-raising activities.
• Ensure exceptional client service and commercial performance across matters.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in Family Law, with a strong focus on Financial Remedies.
• Expertise in Schedule 1 Children Act applications and international/jurisdictional matters, including Part III claims.
• Strong business development skills with a proven ability to generate work.
• Excellent client management and leadership capabilities.
• Established professional network, ideally within the London market.
• Client following and ADR qualifications would be advantageous.
